Returns & Refunds Policy
At Indu Vikash Foundation, your donations support child education, women empowerment, animal welfare, and community development. As a charitable organization, we process donations as irrevocable contributions. However, we understand concerns may arise. Please note the following:
Cancellation Period: You may request to cancel your donation within 7 days of the transaction by emailing a clear statement to support@induvikashfoundation.org.
Refund Eligibility: Refunds are considered only if the donation was processed in error (e.g., duplicate payment). No refunds are available for completed charitable allocations, as funds are used to support ongoing programs.
Refund Process: If eligible, we will reimburse you within 7 days of receiving your request and verifying the error, using the same payment method. No fees will be charged for reimbursement.
Non-Returnable Donations: Donations are non-returnable once allocated to programs (e.g., learning kits, hygiene support), as they are perishable or personalized for beneficiaries’ needs.
Return Responsibility: If a refund is approved, you are not required to return physical goods, but proof of payment error must be provided.
